Offensive subjects (elaborate): Please use common sense. If you have to wonder if it's offensive, you probably shouldn't be saying it? While I have a sense of humour, sometimes people do manage to cross a line.

Kissing this character: O-okay? He's immensely emotionally awkward, but who doesn't enjoy a good snog now and then?
Flirting with this character: Sure! He probably won't get it, but you can try.
Fighting with this character: Fighter beware, he's got magics! But really, so long as we can work something out where people won't get horribly maimed we're good. Just don't be surprised if he throws down his wand to er...throw down? He's a scrapper sometimes.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Minor to major injuries are fine, so long as it's something he can recover from without being damaged for the rest of his life. Negotiable, of course, because circumstances may change.

Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Yes, because I think it would be funny. He'd probably chalk it up to a bunch of bollocks and argue. And then when you're right about something he'll sulk.
